Bruce D. Bottomley

Bruce Bottomley is a founding principal and managing director of Sasco Capital, Inc., which is the subadviser for the Virtus Mid-Cap Value Fund.
Mr. Bottomley, who has 36 years of investment experience, was one of the founders of Sasco Capital, Inc. in 1986. Prior to that, he was a senior portfolio manager with IBM Corporation. Previously, he was a senior analyst at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and St. Paul Companies.
Mr. Bottomley earned a B.A. from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
