On Tuesday, September 29, 2009 the Virtus Wealth Builder and Wealth Guardian funds changed their strategy, subadviser and fund names to the Virtus AlphaSector Rotation Fund and Virtus AlphaSector Allocation Fund, respectively.  F-Squared Investments will be the new subadviser and historical performance for these Funds will continue under the new product names.
