The Double Dip in Pessimism

Looking back at August, there is no doubt that we experienced a double dip in pessimism. But I believe that bubble of pessimism is gradually deflating. In this world of acknowledged slow growth, void of any conventional means to stimulate growth, it will be very challenging to create alpha.
